In May 2005 the foreign ministers of Georgia and Russia signed a joint statement, which stipulated that the withdrawal of Russian military bases in Georgia would begin in 2005 and would conclude in 2008 다운로드. The withdrawal is likely to have at least moderately negative consequences for Russian-Georgian relations.
